Commercial Insurance Access Options
Insurance access may be available for eligible plans associated with organizations such as:

• Anthem Blue Cross
• Blue Shield of California
• Carelon Behavioral Health
• Cigna
• Optum
• Oxford
• Quest Behavioral Health
• UnitedHealthcare
• Select Medicare Advantage plans
Availability may vary depending on platform participation, payer agreements, geographic availability, telehealth eligibility, and individual plan requirements.
Medicare Participation
Medicare Part B participation may be available for eligible patients, subject to verification of benefits, payer requirements, and applicable billing guidelines.
The practice is currently expanding participation with California Medi-Cal managed care networks in the San Francisco Bay Area to improve access to outpatient psychotherapy services for adult and older adult populations.
Managed care contracting and credentialing processes remain in progress with participating health plans.
Credentialing & Participation Processes
Direct payer credentialing and participation processes are currently in progress with select organizations.
Administrative pathways related to Medi-Cal participation and related enrollment processes are also being explored.
Out-of-Network Benefits
Superbills may be available for:
• PPO reimbursement
• partial out-of-network reimbursement
• HSA/FSA use
Out-of-network reimbursement depends on individual plan benefits and payer policies.
